Selling a law firm, or part, is a very complex operation. We lawyers are always being told that no-one will pay a premium for our practices, and that the best we can hope for is to get out without having to pay for run-off cover. We have managed to disprove that, and I fully agree that the production of a comprehensive business profile at the very beginning proved to be decisive in attracting interest.
